Customize your own hat in a creative two-person experience where each participant brings their own vision to life. Explore different materials and techniques while working side by side, sharing inspiration and creativity. Each person leaves with a unique, personalized accessory that reflects their individual style. A playful and original workshop designed for two.

Learn the art of hat making like a true artisan. Shape your own felt hat using time honored techniques: steam, wooden molds, and dédicacée tools. From the first softening of the material to the final curve of the brim, you’ll experience the magic behind a craft rooted in tradition.

Every step is a discovery of gesture, patience, and style. Finish your creation with refined details like gros grain ribbons, brooches, feathers, or delicate embroidery. Process of the Hat Making Workshop

  • Enjoy a tea or coffee
  • Receive your name tag
  • Share a bit about your creative background or inspiration
  • Our team will introduce the magical world of hat-making and what to expect during the session.

 

 

 

  • Material: Wool, Straw, Rabbit Fur
  • Shape: Fedora, trilby, boater, capeline, porc pie, wide brim.
  • Color: A wide range of neutrals, pastels and essentials.

 

 

  • The hatmaker will take your measurements to ensure the perfect fit of your future hat.

 

 

  • This is where the magic ( and the muscle) begins! You’ll use professional steaming equipment to soften the fibers of your wool or straw hat base.

 

 

  • With your hat softened, you’ll physically mold it into your chosen silhouette. You’ll press, curve, and form the crown.

 

  • Personalize your creation with signature accessories, choosing your ribbon, scarf, feathers, charms, to design your masterpiece.
