Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST (including 2nd Day and Next Day) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.
During peak periods (holiday seasons, special launches, or collaboration drops), processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

 

Shipping options:

  • Ground Shipping: delivers 7 days a week.
  • Next Day Shipping (Friday orders): weekend delivery available via Overnight Express.
  • 2nd Day Shipping: deliveries do not occur on weekends.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. When dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details. Orders may also be tracked directly on our website.

 

International Shipping

MiniMe Paris ships worldwide via FedEx International Express, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Delivery time: 2–5 business days
Duties & taxes: prepaid and calculated at checkout

We currently ship to a wide selection of countries and territories across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania, including but not limited to: France, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Spain, United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and many more.

 

Shipping Protection

We recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout, powered by Extend. This service covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Filing a claim is quick and simple.
In most cases, Extend issues a debit card for the value of your order (including taxes and shipping), allowing you to easily repurchase your item(s).

Order Confirmation & Tracking

All prices on our site are displayed in USD and charged in USD. Exchange rates are determined by your bank or credit card provider.
Orders are charged in full at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

 

Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. This includes:

  • Updating shipping addresses
  • Changing or adding products
  • Adding Gift Packaging or Shipping Protection
