Returns

Domestic Returns

Returns are eligible for a refund if they are shipped within 14 days of delivery.
Any item returned after this period will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Online returns must be shipped back to our MiniMe Paris boutiques.
We also accept gift returns in exchange for store credit.
Please initiate gift returns through our Return Portal by selecting the corresponding option.

Only full-priced items (unless marked Final Sale) are eligible for return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, while gift returns receive store credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returned items must be in their original condition:
unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
MiniMe Paris reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery to remain eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–5 business days to complete the transaction.

International Returns

At this time, international orders are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We can process certain direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, you may bring it directly to our boutique or, in certain cases, receive store credit.

Final Sale & Exclusions

Items marked as “Final Sale” (on the product page, cart, or checkout) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items are final sale — discounts cannot be applied retroactively, and no price adjustments or partial refunds will be issued for previous promotions.

Some exclusive collaborations may also be considered Final Sale (this will be clearly indicated on the product page).

Beauty products (fragrance, skincare, etc.), swimwear (unless returned unworn with hygienic liners and original packaging intact), sunglasses (must include case, chain, and cleaning cloth), and wallpaper (rolls must remain sealed in original plastic) are all final sale.

Trunk Shows & Private Events

Items purchased at MiniMe Paris Trunk Shows or Private Events are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
