You may opt out of marketing at any time. We may still send essential service messages (e.g., order or booking confirmations, policy updates).

- Business transfers: in case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring, your data may transfer under equivalent protections.
We do not sell your personal data.

8. Workshops, Events & Media Capture
At select workshops or events, we may photograph or film for brand documentation and marketing. We will inform you on site; where required, we will obtain consent or offer opt out seating/marking. If you wish an image of you to be removed, contact contact@minime-paris.com with details.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege). No system is 100% secure; please use unique, strong passwords and keep them confidential.
10. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside the EEA/UK (e.g; by global providers). When we transfer data internationally, we use approved safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK IDTA/Addendum, plus transfer risk assessments.
11. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including:
- Orders/bookings & invoices: 10 years (accounting/legal retention, FR).
- Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or we detect inactivity per our retention rules.
- Support tickets: up to 5 years after resolution (legal/statistical).
- Cookies: per their stated lifetimes in our Cookie Settings.
We then securely delete or anonymize the data.
12. Your Rights (EU/UK GDPR)
You have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase data (right to be forgotten).
