ACCESSIBILITY
Our Commitment
MiniMe Paris is committed to providing a website, store, and workshop experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria (and are progressively aligning with WCAG 2.2) and the French RGAA framework.
Digital Accessibility (Website & Online Services)
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML, proper headings, labels, and ARIA where needed
- Sufficient color contrast and focus states
- Keyboard navigability and logical tab order
- Text alternatives for non text content (images, icons)
- Captions and transcripts for time based media where available
- Consistent layouts and predictable navigation
- Reduced motion options for animated elements where applicable
Compatibility
- Optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
- Works with common assistive technologies (screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control)
- Responsive design for mobile and desktop
Known Limitations
If you encounter an accessibility barrier (e.g., missing alt text, low contrast, or form labeling issues), please tell us; see Feedback & Support below. We will prioritize a fix or offer an alternative format.
Third Party Content
Some pages integrate third party widgets (e.g; maps, booking tools, video players). While we encourage vendors to meet WCAG/RGAA standards, their accessibility may vary. If a third-party element is not accessible to you, contact us for an equivalent alternative.
Physical Accessibility (Store, Studios & Workshops)
- Step-free access where available; if access is limited at a specific venue, we will propose an alternative setup or off-site option.
- Seating on request; space for mobility devices when feasible.
- Assistance animals are welcome.
- Visual and printed materials can be provided in larger font or high-contrast upon request.
- For allergies or sensitivities (e.g., during food-related workshops), let us know in advance so we can adapt where possible.
Feedback & Support
If you need an accessible format of any content (e.g., large print, plain text, transcript) or want to report a barrier, contact us:
contact@minime-paris.com
25 Rue de Turbigo, 75002 Paris
Please describe the page or activity, the problem you encountered, and your assistive technology (if any). We will acknowledge your message and work to resolve it promptly.
Formal Procedure (France)
If you have contacted us and believe you have not received a satisfactory response, you may escalate according to French accessibility procedures (e.g., via the Défenseur des droits). We can provide guidance on this upon request.
Continuous Improvement
We review our website and policies on a regular basis, including design updates and code audits, and we train our team to maintain accessibility standards.
