At its heart, MiniMe Paris is about creative handmade accessories and clothing. It was founded in 2014 by Marie Marquet.

From a young age Marie has loved creating accessories and clothing. As an adult, she is still a child fascinated by fairy tales, the imaginary, and pop surrealism. She studied at the Ecole de la Chambre Syndical de la Couture Parisienne, and has worked at several “Grandes Maisons” including Hermès, Balmain, and Chanel.

In 2014, she won a young talent competition with a photography session of her hair accessories and hats as the prize. This photography session birthed the book which later became the portfolio which has continued to inspire us each season. Soon after, Marie presented the concept of the brand “MiniMe” to the managers of the Première Classe trade show. Seduced and enchanted, they proposed that Marie should present her collection with a brand concept at their September show.

The adventure begins! All summer she worked to produce the collection and refine the brand’s image and concept.

In September 2014, MiniMe Paris was presented for the first time at Première Classe. The brand developed quickly and in its second season launched a line of ready-to-wear and subsequently established a Parisian atelier “La Maison de MiniMe” (“The House of MiniMe”).

In 2016 Marie won the Designer’s Apartment Contest organized by La Féderation Francaise du Prêt à Porter.

Today MiniMe Paris accessories and clothing are sold in shops around the world!
